Face to Face - Public Course

Delivered in a relaxed, enjoyable environment to ensure you walk away confident in baby first aid, infant and child CPR, recognising illness in children and much more. All whilst having fun in the process. Perfect for new parents, grandparents, aunties, uncles, nannies, babysitters and friends (basically, anyone who cares for little humans).

Education in the comfort of your home. Our highly skilled educators bring the infant and child health education, emergency baby first aid course to you. Delivered in a familiar environment with loved ones or friends, this course ensures you walk away feeling empowered and totally equipped to care for your little humans.

Online Course - Instant Access
$125 p/p
Enjoy our infant and child first aid, CPR, health education course WHENever and WHEREver it suits you. Life can get busy. That doesn't mean you have to miss out on life-saving information and life-long skills! Our online course enables you to access all our course information from a web browser on any device that suits you.

Yes, there will be a short 10-minute break in the middle of the course. However, feel free to excuse yourself at any time to go to the bathroom, grab a coffee or have a snack!

Our courses are presented from community spaces, hired venues and co-working spaces over Melbourne. You will receive an email prior to attending outlining all of the information required.

Our courses are suited for parents, caregivers, grandparents, baby-sitters, nannies, aunties, uncles and everyone in between! We’ve made all of our information friendly for anyone who is looking after little humans. You don’t need any prior knowledge, we’ll give you all of the info you need (plus some fun handouts you’ll be able to keep!).

Our courses are nationally recognised and we deliver training and assessment on behalf of Allens Training Pty Ltd RTO 90909.
Upon successful completion you will receive your certificate.
The exception is our Infant and Child First Aid course is Non- Accredited training which does not lead to a nationally recognised certificate.

The Help at Hand infant and child course have been designed to cover topics most relevant for babies and children aged 0-8 years of age.
